F(2) = Number of scatter shots left,
       to be fired with the right mouse button or joystick button two
E    = Number of shots the EnergyShield will hold
R    = Yield (Ratio) of the firering against hits
       Score per targer:
       Plane  = random(100);
       Bullet = random(25);
       Every shot costs a random(10)
